Returns and Exchanges

I aim for customer satisfaction.  If you are not happy with your order, please contact me and let me know how I can assist you.  

I happily accept refunds and exchanges on all unopened merchandise within three (3) days of receipts.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that each pair of socks comes in a plastic bag which can be opened to fully view your purchase. Do not remove the cardboard tag attached to the cuff of the sock unless you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Item is no longer eligible for return or exchange once the tag is removed. I do not accept returns or exchanges on worn merchandise. Once the tag is removed the item is considered worn.  If an item is returned after the tag has been removed it will not be shipped back to you and a refund will not be issued.

All jewelry purchases are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email me within two  (2) business days from the date you receive your order.  Include your full name and order number in order to aid me in assisting you.

If a package is returned to me as undeliverable, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order less $10.00 (USPS re-routing fee).  If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be a $15.99 charge ($10.00 re-routing fee plus $5.99 shipping fee).

Missing Packages

In the event that your items are not delivered please contact us via our Missing items contact form. Please contact your post office before completing the form as you will need a case number. 

Please be aware that all packages will include a tracking number. Packages marked as "Delivered" are not eligible for any further action from SubCulture. Once a package is marked as delivered it is considered to have made it to the hands of the customer and is not eligible for full refund or reship.

Approved missing package cases will be eligible for re-shipment of order at no extra cost to customer. It will not be eligible for item exchanges.

 
Free Shipping Policy

I offer free shipping on all domestic (US) orders over $45. No promotional code is needed.  I  offer flat rate shipping for orders under $45.


Shipping Partner

Domestic orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service).  Your order will be shipped via First Class, Priority, or Express Mail.   All shipping methods include tracking so that I can ensure your order arrives in a timely manner.  

Domestic orders that are shipped via Priority Mail normally arrive at their destination within 3 days but may take up to 5 days to arrive.  First Class packages normally take between 2-8 days to arrive at their destination.  Express Mail packages are normally delivered overnight but may take up to two days to arrive at their destination.

General Shipping Policy

All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing.  Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.  If your order cannot be processed, an email notification will be sent.

Please use the tracking # included in your shipping confirmation email to check the status of your order. If you cannot track your order within four (4) business days, please contact me at help@sagebyoyaabra.com

International Shipping Policy

DO SHIP INTERNATIONALLY and to MILITARY addresses (APO/FPO addresses).   International orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service).  Your order will be shipped via First Class International or Priority Mail International.  Transit times will vary depending on the chosen method and the contents of your order.  Please be aware that First Class International is a more economical option, but the transit time is longer and is estimated at 10-15 business days.  Priority Mail International has an estimated transit time of 6-8 business days, possibly longer depending on your country.  

Your order total does NOT include any local taxes/VAT or Custom Duties that may be required upon transfer of your package in the destination country.  The customer is responsible for any local taxes/VAT or Custom Duties associated with their purchase.  To find more information on your individual customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
 
Packages that are returned due to unpaid duties and customs will be charged an additional shipping fee. 


Products damaged during shipping will be replaced at no additional cost to you.  Please contact me at help@sagebyoyaabra.com  and I will provide further return instructions.  Include your full name and order number in order to aid me in assisting you.  Damaged packages must be shipped back to me.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once I verify the damaged items, I will reship the products at no additional cost to you.
