Refunds and Exchanges
I happily accept refunds and exchanges on all unopened merchandise (socks) within three (3) days of receipts.
All jewelry, keychains, and enamel pins are nonrefundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that each pair of socks comes in a plastic bag which can be opened to fully view your purchase. Do not remove the cardboard tag attached to the cuff of the sock unless you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Item is no longer eligible for return or exchange once the tag is removed.
I do not accept returns or exchanges on worn merchandise. Once the tag is removed the item is considered worn. If an item is returned after the tag has been removed it will not be shipped back to you and no refund will be issued.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email me at email@example.com within two (2) business days from the date you receive your order. Include your full name and order number in order to aid me in assisting you.
If a package is returned to me as undeliverable, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order less $10.00 (USPS re-routing fee). If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be a $15.99 charge ($10.00 re-routing fee plus $5.99 shipping fee).
